The aim of the course
  • To raise awareness of the importance of looking after our own stress levels
  • To make stress something that can be talked about in the workplace
  • To learn and practice simple yet effective stress management techniques
Who should attend
  • Anyone who would benefit from an increased awareness of stress and how it can affect their performance as well as their mental and physical well-being
  • The course is suitable both for managers and team members and is particularly effective when delivered to a whole team
By the end of the course attendees will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of taking ownership of our own well-being
  • Recognize the signs of stress
  • Apply simple tools to reduce stress in the moment
  • Take a longer term and more proactive view to stress management

    The course can be customised to suit your needs, including a full bespoke solution.

    Often our thoughts and experiences of stress can be very personal. This means that some people may have questions that they don’t feel comfortable asking in front of their colleagues. As a result it can be beneficial to offer a confidential 1-2-1 session after the main presentation. These usually vary in time from 10-20 minutes.
