I don’t know of course exactly what has brought you here, but I do know that you’re here because something is bothering you or you feel stuck in some way.
Modern therapy is not about me fixing your problems for you, it’s about me working with you to help you to become unstuck or gaining relief from whatever is upsetting you right now.
Although I’ve worked with people with a wide range of challenges from anxiety to gambling, from smoking to a fear of flying there is no one size fits all approach. I will work with you as a unique person to help you to find a solution and to move on. Although much of the work that I do is around the areas of stress and anxiety I work in other areas too.
